Core Processing Methods

Forging Process

The metal is plastically formed by pressure, supporting hot forging, cold forging and precision forging, and is suitable for high mechanical performance demand scenarios such as automotive transmission systems and hydraulic core components. The dimensional accuracy is ±0.1mm and the material utilization rate is ≥90%.

Casting Process

It covers sand molds, precision casting and die casting, and can process materials such as steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, etc. It is suitable for complex structures such as automobile engine cylinders and agricultural machinery gearboxes. The material utilization rate is 85%-95%, and the surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm.

CNC Processing

Relying on the five-axis linkage CNC center and CAM software, high-precision milling, turning and complex surface processing are achieved, with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm, covering precision parts such as automotive transmission parts, hydraulic pump bodies, and forklift lifting arms.
