CNC Machining Technology Overview
CNC machining uses computer-controlled machine tools to perform metal cutting. Relying on a five-axis CNC center and CAM software, it achieves high-precision milling, turning and complex surface processing. Combined with the ISO certification system, it ensures dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm and is suitable for the manufacturing of precision parts in the fields of automobiles and hydraulics.
Application
Covering high-precision demand scenarios such as automotive transmission parts, agricultural machinery gearboxes, hydraulic pump bodies and forklift lifting arms, it provides long-life metal solutions with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm, serving the fields of automobiles, hydraulics, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment.
Use CAD software to build a 3D model, generate tool paths (such as five-axis linkage machining codes) through CAM software, and verify the program with simulation software to ensure machining feasibility.
Select forged/cast blanks according to the material of the part (steel, aluminum alloy, etc.), perform pretreatment (such as heat treatment to relieve stress), and fix them on the machine tool workbench.
Install the corresponding tools (milling cutters, drills, etc.), configure the tool library through the automatic tool changer (ATC), and set the cutting parameters (speed, feed rate).
Start the five-axis CNC machining center, perform milling, turning, drilling and other operations according to the program, monitor the cutting status in real time, and avoid overcutting or vibration.
Use a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to detect dimensional accuracy (±0.02mm), and verify Ra≤0.8μm through a surface roughness meter to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Deburring, anodizing or spraying treatment, packaging and delivery of customized products such as automotive transmission parts, hydraulic pump bodies, etc., covering the fields of automobiles, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment.
