Casting is a process of injecting molten metal into a mold and cooling it to form it. The core is to achieve complex structure molding through sand molds, ceramic shells or metal molds. The material utilization rate reaches 85%-95%, and the dimensional accuracy reaches ±0.1mm. It is suitable for materials such as steel, aluminum alloy, and titanium alloy to meet the efficient manufacturing needs of complex structures such as automobile engine cylinders and hydraulic valve blocks.
